For commercial accounts (ie..a municipality or business or NGO), a daytime rate of $2,500 plus taxes is available for a 10 hour day (inclusive of mobilization, setup etc). The client is given royalty free use of the
entire shoot portfolio images (approximately 500 TIFF Images) for display purposes but the copywrite remains with James A Thibert Studios.
Fine art development of client selected images from the shoot can be negotiated and produced at the published rates noted above.

ADVANCED FRAMING/HANGING AND INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Professional interior design, framing and hanging services are available to clients of
James A Thibert Studios at cost.

SHIPPING
Shipping methods of the clients’ choice can be arranged with James A Thibert Studios at cost.
Photographic prints and those prints not mounted are usually mailed in a cardboard tube or may be couriered.
Prints that are mounted, framed or on special materials (ie…canvas) are prepared with shipping paper, bubble wrapped, boxed (or crated if need be) and then couriered.
Shipments to the USA and other international destinations have posed no problem so far.

PORTRAITURE & MODELING

In-house at  James A Studios.......$125.00 per hour for sitting fees plus photo costs as per client request
On site at clients choice (ie..Business, home, cottage etc).....$200 per hour sitting fees plus mobilization costs plus photo costs as per client request.

Note 1:.......there is a 15% discount offered on photo packages at time of sitting
Note 2.......a 25%, non-refundable deposit is required at booking

Pricing negotiated by request (generally similiar to commercial rates noted above)

Note 3.......a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.An additional non-refunadable payment of 50% on completion of the shoot with balance of payment due when proofs are delivered.
Photo packages are extra as per client request.

Production Technologies.

We are committed to producing fine art images on only the finest papers and photographic materials.
These are acid-free and the 8 colour, archival pigment inks and procedures have been certified by the product suppliers to have pigments and inks that are unlikely to fade and have a permanence rating of over 120 years when properly displayed and protected from UV light.

Fine Art Framing Options
The image size is calculated first and the the surround size, matte size and/or outside border are included to produce the finished, output size as per price list. The signature, watermark and title can be moved anywhere on the print at request of client. The matte may be off-white or coloured to client specifications if pantones are known and quoted. The work will be signed by the artist. Framing may expose or hide any or all of the watermark, title and matte according to client taste.
